1.Summary
CueFlow is a teleprompter application that lets you create scripts, import readable text files, preview scrolling captions, and start floating captions with Picture in Picture. CueFlow does not require account registration. We do not sell personal information, we do not display advertising, and we do not use your data to track you across other apps or websites.
CueFlow is designed to keep your script workflow local. Your script text is stored on your device unless you choose to share it outside the app through iOS features or by contacting support.
2.Scripts and Local Storage
Scripts you create or edit in CueFlow are stored locally on your device using Apple's app data storage technologies. Script titles, script body text, creation dates, update dates, and estimated reading duration may be saved so the script library can function.
CueFlow does not upload script text to Omniform Labs servers. We do not operate a user account system, sync service, or remote script database for CueFlow.
3.Imported Files
CueFlow can import readable text from user-selected TXT, PDF, DOCX, RTF, and ODT files. Import only happens after you choose a file through the system file picker. The selected file is read locally so CueFlow can create a script from readable text.
If a PDF, DOCX, RTF, or ODT file does not contain readable text, CueFlow may be unable to create a script from it. CueFlow does not transmit imported files to Omniform Labs servers for extraction or processing.
4.Floating Captions
CueFlow uses Picture in Picture and local rendering to display floating captions. Caption frames are generated on your device from the script and settings you choose, such as speed, font size, line spacing, opacity, mirror mode, and current-line highlighting.
Floating captions are not a camera capture service. CueFlow does not capture your camera, microphone, screen, or other applications. Any video you create in another app is controlled by that app and by iOS.
5.Network Use
CueFlow's core script library, import, preview, and floating caption features are designed to work without sending script content to us. Some system actions, such as opening a support email, opening legal pages, sharing an App Store link, checking subscription status with Adapty, restoring purchases, or using Apple services, may require a network connection handled by iOS or the destination service.
6.Support Communications
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, device model, app version, iOS version, screenshots, and issue description. We use this information only to respond to the request and maintain support records.
Do not send private scripts or confidential video plans in a support email unless you want us to review that content as part of your request.
7.Tracking and Advertising
CueFlow does not show advertising, does not use the advertising identifier, and does not use your data to track you across apps or websites operated by other companies. CueFlow does not invoke App Tracking Transparency because tracking is not part of the app.

10.Security
