1.Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CueFlow, a mobile application provided by Omniform Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using CueFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any laws and regulations that apply to your use of the application. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use CueFlow.

2.Service Description

CueFlow is a focused teleprompter and floating captions application for iPhone and iPad. It provides:

• Script Library — create, edit, search, select, and delete scripts for creator videos, speeches, demos, and talking points.
• File Import — import readable text from user-selected TXT, PDF, DOCX, RTF, and ODT files.
• Prompter Preview — preview lyric-style scrolling captions before starting playback.
• Floating Captions — use Picture in Picture to display teleprompter captions over other apps when supported by iOS and the device.
• Reading Controls — adjust speed, font size, line spacing, opacity, and mirror mode.

Features may be added, removed, or changed in future versions to keep the application aligned with its teleprompter purpose.

3.Important Limitations

• CueFlow is a teleprompter aid. It does not guarantee a successful video take, presentation, delivery, upload, or publication.
• Picture in Picture and floating caption behavior depend on iOS, device support, system settings, and how other applications behave.
• Some simulator environments may not support Picture in Picture. A real compatible iPhone should be used to test floating captions.
• CueFlow does not record your camera, microphone, screen, or third-party app activity.
• PDF import depends on whether the selected PDF contains readable text. Scanned images may not produce usable script text.

4.Subscriptions and Purchases

CueFlow requires an active auto-renewable subscription to use app features, including script management, file import, preview, and floating captions. Available plans may include weekly, monthly, semiannual, and annual subscriptions. The weekly plan may include a 3-day free trial when offered in the App Store purchase sheet.

Prices, free trials, taxes, and billing terms are shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged according to Apple's App Store terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in CueFlow Settings.

CueFlow uses Adapty to help manage subscription status and purchase restoration. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Omniform Labs does not receive your full payment card details.

5.Your Scripts and Content

You are responsible for the scripts, notes, talking points, and other content you create, import, read, or display with CueFlow. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.

Do not use CueFlow to display unlawful, infringing, harassing, deceptive, or harmful content. If your script includes third-party copyrighted material, trademarks, confidential information, endorsements, claims, or regulated statements, you are responsible for obtaining permission and complying with applicable law.

6.Third-Party Apps and Platforms

CueFlow may be used while you operate another camera, social, video, meeting, or streaming application. Those applications are not controlled by Omniform Labs. You are responsible for following the rules, community guidelines, video capture policies, and privacy requirements of each third-party app or platform you use.

CueFlow does not guarantee that another app will allow video capture, preserve a Picture in Picture window, keep the same layout, or accept the content you create.

7.Permitted Use

You may use CueFlow for lawful personal or professional use. You agree not to:

• use the application in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights;
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or interfere with the application or its security controls, except where applicable law expressly permits;
• use automated tools, bots, or scripts to disrupt service or extract content unlawfully;
• misrepresent CueFlow as capturing, publishing, endorsing, or verifying your content;
• remove, alter, or obscure legal notices, brand marks, or ownership information.

8.Intellectual Property

CueFlow, including its design, source code, copy, icons, branding, rendering behavior, and related materials, is owned by Omniform Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CueFlow on devices that you own or control in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. No other rights are granted.

9.Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CueFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or app, data preservation, or that any feature will meet your expectations.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omniform Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, scripts, video takes, business opportunities, goodwill, or platform access arising from your use of or inability to use CueFlow.

This includes, without limitation, missed takes, interrupted Picture in Picture sessions, deleted scripts, unreadable imports, third-party app behavior, rejected uploads, or any consequences of content you choose to display or capture.

11.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omniform Labs, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from any claim or loss arising from your unlawful use of the application, your script or video content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12.Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the application, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or any applicable App Store policy. You may stop using CueFlow at any time by uninstalling it. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your use of the application and the jurisdiction of the relevant Omniform Labs entity, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your location.

Before filing a formal claim, you and Omniform Labs agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally by contacting support at sakasholy111@gmail.com.

14.Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms when CueFlow changes, when legal requirements change, or when our practices change. Material updates will be reflected with a revised effective date at the top of this page. The current version, dated June 25, 2026, supersedes all prior versions.
