Support
1.About
WaterSonic is built and supported by Omniform Labs. This page is the canonical entry point for help with the application: how to reach us, what to include in a request, the topics we are typically asked about, and how purchases and refunds are handled.
We aim to respond within three business days. Most requests are answered the same day or the next business day.
2.Contact
For privacy and data subject requests, write Privacy Request in the subject line so it is routed correctly. For everything else, a brief plain-text subject is fine.
3.What to Include When Contacting Support
Including these details in the first message lets us answer in one round trip instead of several:
- Device model — for example "iPhone 15 Pro" or "iPhone SE (3rd generation)".
- iOS version — found under Settings → General → About → Software Version.
- WaterSonic version — shown at the bottom of the support email composer in the application.
- Feature in use — Water Eject, Noise Meter, Sleep, Settings, Paywall, etc.
- What happened — a short description of the behavior, plus what you expected to happen.
- Steps to reproduce — when possible, a short sequence we can follow on our end.
4.Common Topics
Subscriptions and Premium
Premium is offered as four auto-renewable subscriptions: weekly, monthly, six-month, and annual. All four belong to the same group, so upgrading from a shorter plan to a longer one is processed by Apple as an upgrade with prorated credit. To manage or cancel, open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall the application or sign into a new device with the same Apple ID, open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases to bring back Premium access. Restoration requires a network connection.
Water Eject Does Not Seem To Work
Water Eject helps move moisture out of the speaker grille but does not guarantee complete removal. If the speaker is still muted after a session:
- raise the volume to a level you find comfortable;
- place the device with the speaker pointing down on a soft, dry surface;
- try the High Impact mode for a stronger pulse;
- if the device was recently submerged, follow the manufacturer's drying guidance and avoid charging until fully dry.
Noise Meter Stays at Zero
The Noise Meter requires microphone permission. If readings stay at zero or flat, open Settings → WaterSonic → Microphone and confirm the toggle is on. The meter is a reference display and is not a calibrated professional sound-level meter; readings vary with device, distance, and environment.
Sleep Stops Playing in the Background
Sleep modes use the audio background mode supported by iOS, so playback should continue with the screen off. If playback stops:
- confirm Silent Mode is off and the volume is above zero;
- check that another audio application has not taken control of the audio session;
- make sure your device is not in Low Power Mode with aggressive background restrictions.
Connectivity
WaterSonic is designed to run offline for its core features. Water Eject, Noise Meter, and Sleep work with no internet connection. The paywall, purchase, and restore flows require a network connection. If you see a loading state on the paywall for too long, tap retry or close the paywall and try again later.
5.Purchase Help
Apple processes all purchases for WaterSonic and is the merchant of record. Apple is the first point of contact for billing issues, duplicate charges, refund requests, and family-sharing questions:
- Manage subscriptions: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
- Request a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com
Subscription delivery, paywall configuration, and conversion analytics are operated through Adapty (adapty.io). Adapty receives only the limited transaction and identifier data described in our Privacy Policy; it never receives your Apple ID, name, email address, or payment card information. If you contact Adapty directly about a payment issue, they will redirect you to Apple, since Apple is the merchant of record.
