Terms of Use
Contents
1.Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WaterSonic, a mobile application provided by Omniform Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using WaterSonic, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any laws and regulations that apply to your use of the application. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use WaterSonic.
2.Service Description
WaterSonic is a focused audio utility application for iPhone. It provides:
- Water Eject — playback modes that vibrate the speaker enclosure with tuned low-frequency audio in order to help move moisture out of the speaker grille.
- Noise Meter — a live, on-device decibel reference reading driven by your microphone.
- Sleep — five ambient audio modes with timer-based playback designed to mask distractions.
WaterSonic is intended for general consumer convenience. Features may be added, removed, or changed in future versions. We may also add localized content, additional product tiers, or further utility features, and we may discontinue features that are no longer aligned with the application's purpose.
3.Important Limitations
- WaterSonic is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
- The Noise Meter is a reference display, not a calibrated professional sound-level meter. Readings vary by device, microphone position, distance, and environment.
- The Water Eject feature helps but does not guarantee full removal of moisture, debris, or other obstructions from the speaker enclosure. Its effectiveness depends on hardware, the nature of the obstruction, environmental conditions, and how soon it is used after exposure.
- High-frequency or high-volume playback may be uncomfortable. Start at a low volume and use these features at a level that is safe for you and others around you.
4.Eligibility and Account Access
WaterSonic does not require user account creation or login to use its features. You may use the application without registering an account. Subscription state is associated with your Apple ID through StoreKit and managed by Apple.
You must comply with the App Store's terms and any age requirements set by Apple in your region. WaterSonic is intended for users old enough to give independent digital consent under their local law.
5.Permitted Use
You may use WaterSonic for lawful personal use only. You agree not to:
- use the application in any manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights;
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or interfere with the application or its security controls, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits;
- use automated tools, bots, or scripts to disrupt service or extract content unlawfully;
- misuse audio playback in a way that could damage devices, speakers, or hearing;
- remove, alter, or obscure legal notices, brand marks, or ownership information.
6.Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium features in WaterSonic are offered through auto-renewable subscriptions. The current subscription products are weekly, monthly, six-month, and annual access to the Premium tier. Pricing, free-trial availability, billing periods, and renewal terms are presented to you by Apple inside the application and on the App Store at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Upgrading from a shorter plan to a longer plan within the same group is processed by Apple as an upgrade with prorated credit.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. We do not directly process refunds.
Subscription delivery, entitlement checks, and conversion analytics are operated by Adapty (Adapty Pte. Ltd., adapty.io). Adapty receives the limited transaction and identifier data described in our Privacy Policy. Apple remains the merchant of record for all purchases. Crash and performance diagnostics may be processed by Apple and Adapty.
7.Intellectual Property
WaterSonic — including its design, source code, copy, icons, branding, audio synthesis behavior, and other related materials — is owned by Omniform Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WaterSonic on devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. No other rights are granted.
8.Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WaterSonic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that any feature will meet your specific expectations.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omniform Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use WaterSonic. Where local law does not allow a limitation of liability for certain damages, this section applies only to the extent permitted by that law.
10.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omniform Labs, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from any claim or loss arising from your unlawful use of the application, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11.Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the application, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or any applicable App Store policy. You may stop using WaterSonic at any time by uninstalling it. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply.
12.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your use of the application and the jurisdiction of the relevant Omniform Labs entity, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your location. If you reside in California, Canada, Singapore, Australia, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer rights, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Before filing a formal claim, you and Omniform Labs agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally by contacting support at sakasholy111@gmail.com.
13.Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms when the application changes, when legal requirements change, or when our practices change. Material updates will be reflected with a revised effective date at the top of this page. The current version, dated April 25, 2026, supersedes all prior versions.
